“Mr. Jone Organics “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased organic products from Mr. Jone Organics and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds of Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
- Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Hard goods must be returned to Mr. Jone Organics immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected] as directed in step 1.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Mr. Jone Organics sole, reasonable discretion.
- Change of mind is not applicable once the product is delivered and opened. However if you have any reservations regarding the quality of the product then we will surely look into the matter and refund you if its applicable.
Non-returnable Items:
We accept all returns based on the quality issues. If you are unsatisfied with the quality we will happily return the product and refund. However change of mind is not applicable.
